The Programme in Advanced Labour Relations Management is designed to provide labour relations practitioners with advanced knowledge and skills specifically related to labour relations management. The course provides you with an opportunity to develop specialist labour relations know-how and you will be able to gain first-hand experience through participation in case studies and simulated role-play that focus on modern South African labour relations.
Lecturers include academics from the University of Pretoria as well as CCMA Commissioners who have vast experience, skills and knowledge in the field of Labour Relations.
The advanced course will be offered as an equivalent to ABV 700 for the student who has met the normal entry requirements for the formal degree programmes where ABV 700 must be taken as a prescribed module.
Successful completion of the advanced course at NQF level 7, therefore affords a candidate - who otherwise qualifies and is selected for any of these formal programmes - will receive 12 credits in respect of the equivalent module offered in the formal programme.
