The Programme and Project Management for Senior Managers aims to clarify key concepts related to programmes and projects with very specific reference to their management processes. Throughout the course, you will explore important South African legislation and policies, providing a supportive and regulative framework for programme and project governance, as well as project lifecycle management.
The course employs a blended learning approach that incorporates e-learning, face-to-face sessions, online support and the implementation of case studies, practical work, group assignments and presentations during contact sessions.
