Essential legal contracts for tech startups (via remote lecturing) 2021

Through this course you will gain an understanding of the principles of contracting, the nature and structure of a contract and the essential contracts, all framed for the needs of a tech-based startup.

This course consists of lectures, reading material and slides. Upon completion of the course, you will have a grounded understanding of the principles of contracting and how they apply to your business. This course will be offered twice in 2021.

Option 1: Remote learning via Zoom
