The Skills Development Facilitator (SDF) programme is linked to 7 Unit Standards as listed above and ENJO Consultants are accredited with the ETDP SETA to train this programme.
This training programme is for those who wish to learn a methodical approach and the day-to-day skills of taking responsibility for a company's Skills Development programme, and ensuring that employees and the employer derive a mutual benefit from government grants and investment in up-skilling of the workforce.
You will learn how to:
Develop and implement an organisational training and development plan.
Conduct an analysis to determine outcomes of learning for skills development and other purposes.
Provide information and advice regarding skills development and related issues.
Conduct skills development administration in an organisation.
Advise on the establishment and implementation of a quality management system for skills development practices in an organisation.
Promote a learning culture in an organisation
Advise role players of skills development opportunities in relation to qualifications registered by SAQA.
Submit annual WSP and ATR
Levies - access skills development fund (Grants)
Identify and address skills gaps
Assist in career development plans
Assist in advising employees of learning opportunities
