Certificate Programme in Project Management Practice

Course Overview

Further your professional project
management career with this comprehensive part-time programme. Master the tools and techniques essential for today's multi-skilled Project Manager

The Certificate Programme in Project Management Practice is a five-month programme primarily aimed at newly appointed or aspirant project managers and project co-ordinators who want to develop a solid grounding in the essential skills of project management. The course is also an essential building block for delegates wishing to pursue professional project management certification.

New project managers generally co-ordinate simple to moderately complex projects, and generally work under the guidance of a senior project manager or programme manager. Whilst it is not essential for delegates on this programme to be currently working as a project manager, it would be beneficial because they would then be able to immediately practise the skills taught on the programme in their workplace.

This course is therefore ideal for project managers who may already have some experience and wish to formalise their project management knowledge or for aspiring project managers who have not yet had the opportunity to manage a project
