TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY
In order to meet the demands placed on individuals in the workplace, and personally, it is important that people are developed to become masters of the “self”. Organisations have recognised this in that people no longer only need the “hard skills” to do the job but that they also need to develop the “soft skills” or “life skills” to move the organisation to the next level. One of the most important things that we need to remember is what effect our actions have on the rest of the team and the company.
2- DAY PROGRAMME
The “TUNE UP” workshop will create the aspiration within every F&I Manager to serve customers at such a high level that every customer is genuinely delighted with their F&I experience.
The 2-day workshop topics are Me and My Company and Me and My Customer.
The learner entering this is to be advised that the CPD points will only be achieved and allocated on attendance of the 2-day programme and the completion and achievement of the eLearning test. A certificate will be issued on achievement of the test at a pass rate of 80%.
A daily register will be provided for the 2-day programme aligned to CPD timeframe, the learner will have to signed the register on commencement and end time of the programme each day. This information will be transferred to the eLearning portal for the issuing of a CPD report to the FPS and the learner (Representative/Key Individual) on achievement of the test.
