This course is designed for business owners and non-financial managers in all industry types.

HOW YOU WILL BENEFIT

You will learn the terminology of finance and accounting, including assets, liabilities, expenses, profit and cash flow.
You will understand the balance sheet and be able to determine your business’s financial position.
You will analyse income statements and profit and loss statements in order to evaluate business results.
You will develop a working knowledge of working capital and cash flow management, and be able to do your own budgets and forecasts.
You will understand the difference between management reporting and external reporting
