Finance and Risk Management

Purpose

The of skills programme is to provide learners with a set of skills to manage the finances of their unit as if they are running a mini-business. This programmes also covers the devolopement of risk and knowledge management plans. Learners leaving this programme will be able to make critical decisions affecting the financial performance of thie unit and the organisation as a whole. The skills programme forms a critical element of the middle management developement path.
