This Labour Law Training - which we run publicly and in-house throughout South Africa - is Seta accredited, and is aligned to Unit Standard 13952: Demonstrate basic understanding of the Primary labour legislation that impacts on a business unit.

The course covers all South Africa Labour Law Acts – The LRA, BCEA, Skills Development Act, Skills Levy Act, BBBEE legislation, and the EE Act, including all the latest amendments to each of the Acts, and also includes significant content on disciplinary enquiries, grievances, performance management, and absenteeism.

Through this Labour Law Training course delegates will gain a good grounding of how to apply these Acts in the workplace and ensure total compliance, as well as being able to use that knowledge to build sound workplace relations.
