This programme is aimed at assisting individuals in developing an insight into how others see them as well as increasing their interpersonal skills to improve professional and personal relationships.
At the end of this programme learners will be able to:

- Apply effective communication skills including listening, questioning, speaking clearly, giving and receiving constructive feedback
