Skills Development Facilitator (OD- ETDP)

The role of a competent and knowledgeable Skills Development Facilitator is crucial in any organisation. As the South African economy becomes more globally competitive; the training, development and continuous improvement of the workforce is essential. The Skills Development Facilitator's role in developing, submitting and implementing a workplace skills plan and engendering a learning culture within the organisation is of paramount importance.

Individuals completing this skills programme will be able to:

* Conduct an analysis to determine the outcomes of learning for skills development;
* Develop an organisational training and development plan;
* Coordinate planned skills development interventions;
* Provide information and advice regarding skills development and related issues;
* Advise on the establishment of a quality management system for skills development practices.
