Enhanced Coaching Practice: Facilitating sustainable learning and change

SACAP’s course in Enhanced Coaching Practice builds on SACAP’s Coaching Fundamentals course and takes you to the next level in developing your coaching competencies.
This course equips you with an integrated understanding of adult learning and change and with the competencies to have in-depth conversations with coaching clients that empower them to shift perspectives, create possibilities, as well as plan and implement the changes they desire.

This part-time twelve month course has a strong experiential component, including being coached around your personal and professional development as a coach. It also includes a strong practical component that helps you to effectively apply the coaching competencies of creating awareness, designing actions, planning & goal setting and managing process & accountability. You will receive Mentor Coaching from an ICF credentialed coach, based on their observation of your engagement as a coach. You will explore the application of two coaching models and cover ethical practice in depth. The course includes a coaching competency performance exam.
