Ethics in Management

Aim: The purpose of this workshop is to explain and demonstrate the importance of establishing an ethical culture in the workplace. Content: What are Ethics? Identifying Core Business Areas, Identifying Ethical and Unethical Conduct, Culture Creation, Follow Up and Reinforce. Outcome: At the end of this workshop delegates will have an understanding of the importance of good ethical conduct in the workplace as well as possessing the knowledge of how to implement a Code of Ethics.
