Supervisory Empowerment Programme

Since 2003, our highly successful short course SEP has been recognised and praised by managers and organisations for its lasting impact on individuals. Its slant is: “get people right personally, and they perform well professionally”. SEP has evolved to respond to a changing work environment – to produce managers and supervisors that are professional, trusted, motivated. SEP is transformational and relevant with contemporary insights to lead and manage organizational goals.

SEP is a 5-day skills programme (2 days, 2 days and 1 day - within 3 weeks) aimed at supervisory and management levels. Facilitated more than 50 times over the last 20 years in various industries, this short skills programme is accredited with the Services Seta.
