Victor has extensive experience in the Human Resource Management field. He has worked in the
Manufacturing, Financial and Retail environment. His last position was a CCMA Senior Commissioner where
he was involved in conciliation, mediation and arbitration processes. He has participated in National Strikes
and trained Bargaining Council Conciliators, CCMA Commissioners, Local Government Mediators and the
Congolese Leadership in South Africa on Conflict Management
