A one-day assessment to ascertain the welder’s competency level is offered to both corporate and private customers with recommendations for additional training being noted. A comprehensive report is submitted to the Company or candidate on conclusion of the assessment providing suggested training options.
Welders are coded to specific Welding Procedures with qualified third party inspectors carrying out the visual inspections and the coding includes X-Rays being taken of the weld. The resultant code certificate (valid for 6 months) is certified to ASME standards.
4. REFRESHER TRAINING
Our training programmes can be custom-designed to upgrade or enhance a welder’s skills thereby ensuring that industry standards are maintained or that the welder’s codes remain current. Welders, who may have been “welding for years”, and who would not only want to have their current competency levels assessed, but to be certificated are urged to sign up for the refresher training programme.
