M-Cot’s core services are training interventions in IT and business skills and the development of learning materials. From our expansive resource base of specialist facilitators and locally-developed material, we can provide flexible solutions from a few hours of one-on-one coaching to national roll-out programmes. Ancillary services include psychometric testing, coaching and business consulting.

By utilizing self-employed facilitators, developers and consultants, we are able to maintain a deep and wide database of subject matter experts, rather than generalists. It is M-Cot’s policy to ensure, wherever possible, that the facilitators and assessors employed are representative of the South African demographic profile.

All M-Cot staff and its contractors are committed to guarding our reputation for scrupulous business ethics and fairness. Wherever M-Cot provides a service, stakeholders are protected through service agreements. The directors personally ensure that honesty and legitimacy govern every M-Cot service.

ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT RATING
In March 2017, M-Cot Corporate Training was restructured to become a 51% black female owned and 100% female owned Micro Enterprise, thus scoring a B-BBEE rating of level 2.
