INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS WORKSHOP

The Industrial Relations Workshop is aimed at
equipping supervisors and managers with the
knowhow of effecting the Labour Relations Act (LRA)
Schedule 8 Codes of Good Practice in the working
environment. The workshop provides the delegates
with an insight into handling discipline in the
workplace, as well as guidelines on how to conduct
disciplinary hearings in line with the principles of
fairness and equity according to the Labour
Relations Act.
