PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD
This generic assessor unit standard is for those who assess people for their achievement of learning outcomes in terms of specified criteria using pre-designed assessment instruments. The outcomes and criteria may be defined in a range of documents including but not limited to unit standards, exit level outcomes, assessment standards, curriculum statements and qualifications.

This course is designed to teach the trainer how to incorporate these fighting techniques safely and effectively into their workouts, both on a one-on-one basis or within a small group.

In simple terms, Soft Skills have more to do with who we are than what we know. In the workplace, soft skills are considered a complement to hard skills, which refer to a person’s knowledge and occupational skills.
