About the programme:
There is an ongoing need for a wide range of highly skilled information technology personnel in SA. As the field is subject to rapid technological change, it requires professionals who are well trained in IT Service Management. A career path in this field ranges from an IT Service Desk Trainee to IT Service Manager

Admission Requirements:
Applicants with a High School Umalusi Matric:

Home Language 50%,
First Additional Language 40%,
Mathematics 40% or
Mathematical Literacy 60%.

In all instances one language must be English

Applicants with a TVET NCV
