- Know what steps to follow when implementing the process of mentoring
- Be aware of the interpersonal skills they must use during the relationship
- Practice communication skills needed to foster a working mentor/protégé relationship
ASSESSMENT CRITERIA AND METHODOLOGY
- Participation in role plays, class discussions and exercises
- Completion of Portfolio of Evidence workbook
ENTRY LEVEL: Strictly Level 4/Grade 12/Matric.
Course is conducted in English - Grade 12 level 4.
