Accredited and registered Assessors are essential in South Africa's training and development industry. 

This Skills Programme (220320) equips learners with the knowledge and skills needed to prepare for, conduct and review assessments. Learners will also learn how to give appropriate feedback to the candidate.

  POST PRACTICAL ASSESSMENT
1

On an agreed date, Candidate will be required to submit the following:

  1. Written assignments
  2. Learner manual and PoE
  3. All supporting documentation used during the workplace practical assessments 
  4. All logbooks
  5. Evaluation report competed by appointed SME
2 After the practical component (Section 4) has been completed the Candidate is required to be assessed to establish readiness for Final Integrated Summative Assessment (FISA) - this is a 4-hour written exam
