Ways in which shrinkage relate to areas of responsibility, Identifying the 4 main areas in which shrinkage occurs, Implementing loss prevention procedures in each of these areas, Measures to reduce shrinkage in each area, Specific procedures to deal with individuals in each loss area (legal or internal) Outcome: At the end of this workshop the delegates will be able to control the rate of loss of merchandise from the retail store/warehouse.
