Coordinate Learning (How to coordinate learning in an organisation)

Purpose

The proper coordination of skills development interventions is paramount to the success of such interventions and is crucial for the successful implementation of training in organisations. This 1-day workshop is a highly practical learning programme which will equip learners with the required insight and skills to successfully coordinate skills development in their organisation. The experiential programme has been designed to give learners the opportunity to practice the skills and draw from their own experiences. Our experienced facilitators provide practical hints and tips, share lessons gained during facilitating and equip learners with the tools required to successfully deliver against specific outcomes.
