Appointed Supervisors, Individuals acting as Supervisors, Team Leaders, First Line Managers

Purpose of Programme:
The SDP is aimed at preparing and enabling current supervisors for mastery at their level, so that they can take accountability for all aspects of their role.

Programme Duration:
4x sessions of 3-day each and includes a 1-day Presentation Preparation
(Total: 13 days) over a period of 6-8 months
