Laying the foundation for Supervisor Development, its primary objective is to provide a detailed and logical picture of the required role of a supervisor in the modern business. It does so through a detailed analysis of the current activities of supervisors. The end result is a graphical picture of how the supervisor spends his/her time and the result of this for the business. Supervisors are then expected to develop an action plan for improvement.
