Management Development Programme for supervisors and managers:
NQF Level 5 - this is a generic multi-facetted development programme aimed at senior supervisors and managers or for those who are contemplating a career in management.
The course contains a number of Unit Standards which cover the basic development need of managers and is run according to your/your company’s specific needs.
The programme is costed at R1, 200.00 per learner, per day, excl. VAT. (This programme is only run in-house – Minimum 10 learners).
Modules covered include ‘Starting up as a Manager’, ‘Communication’, ‘‘Self-Managing’, Roles of a Leader/ Manager’, ‘How to lead a team’, etc…!
