Business Rescue Decision Making

The Business Rescue Decision Making short course aims to expose participants to “rescue situations” and decision making to drive the turnaround process. Extensive coverage is given to operations, marketing, sales, human resources, strategy and management during a “rescue”. The course focuses on decision making and reflecting on the results of the decisions made. Through simulation and group work, two to three facilitators support and enable experiential learning.

Facilities Maintenance: Handyman Training

This five day skills training programme covers three days of theoretical classroom training and two days of practical workshop application.  The programme focusses on key trade skills expected from a Handyman and prepares him / her for a professional maintenance service that is client focussed.

The focus is on general, civil, construction and electrical maintenance and includes a “mentor” pack of activities to be performed in the workplace.  The delegate is required to complete a portfolio of evidence for competency sign off.

This accredited training programme entrenches the elements of a project affected by time, cost and quality; from concept to close out of facilities management projects at theoretical and practical levels.

The final day includes the practical application of the project using MS Project ©.
