She is registered as a Master HR Practitioner (MHRP) and Mentor with the South African Board for People Practices (SABPP), and a Master Skills Development Practitioner with the Association for Skills Development in South Africa.

The Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO) has embarked upon a series of provider capacitation workshops. These have covered the Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Colleges, and are now working through nationwide sessions for private providers of skills development.
The QCTO as a Quality Council is responsible for quality assurance of the implementation of occupational qualifications.
QCTO set standards for trustworthy assessment results, and monitoring implementation to ensure consistency across assessments, and confidence in the value and integrity of occupational qualifications.
The QCTO has developed a Constitution for Private Provider Provincial Forums. Part of the QCTO Mandate is to conduct Research and Analysis of the Post-school Education and Training (PSET) landscape.
Discussions on employment equity and affirmative action often end without agreement - even about the terms being used. A new work by Professor Harish Jain provides some valuable guidance on dealing with these issues.
