Setas do have targets in their Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to assist small, medium and micro enterprises.
Some of these SMME companies may be levy-paying - that is they have an annual payroll of more than R500, 000.00, and some of them may be non-levy paying companies.
From time to time, when the Seta has additional funds available, there will be particular projects to participate in and small employers are encouraged to make contact with their Seta to see what discretionary projects might benefit their business.
