There are a variety of formats, some Seta reports are in Word documents, some in Excel, and some have on-line submission.
Most of the Setas have now developed a single form for both reports.
Some Setas have the report template on their website for downloading. Other Setas have set up special areas that only the Skills Development Facilitator can access. In this case when you register with the Seta as the Skills Development Facilitator for the employer, the Seta will give you the instructions on how to access the special SDF area.
