If I have registered an SDF and submitted a completed WSP and ATR on time, will I automatically receive a percentage of my skills levies back? There are two stages of the reclaim process:
the first stage is the 3 actions you have already done, and
the second stage is the submission of a form developed by the Seta called a Grant Claim Form.
The Grant Claim Form is completed with the amount of skills development levy paid each month.
It is signed by the financial person responsible for paying the skills development levies to confirm that the company is up to date with levy payments, and by the SDF.
Setas require that these forms be completed and submitted quarterly.
