- Bank Verification Failures: Incorrect or inconsistent banking information can hinder the bank verification process, leading to the rejection of your SRD grant application.

- Visit the ITSAA website.
- Enter your South African ID number.
- Enter the cell phone number used during the application process.
- Click "Send Pin" and wait for an SMS with a verification code.
- Once you receive the pin, enter it and click "Submit."
- Select the month for which you are appealing (e.g., December 2024).
- Choose the reason for your appeal from the provided options.
- Click "Submit" to complete the appeal process.
