What do I need to do to qualify for a refund of my skills levies?

The refund of the skills levies is called a Mandatory grant, that is: if you comply with the conditions, then you qualify to receive the levy refund.

To start claiming skills levies back, the Setas require a company to:

Register a Skills Development Facilitator with them, (SDF)
Prepare a Workplace Skills Plan, (WSP) and Submit an Annual Report on training done for the previous year. ATR). (Some Setas previously referred to these as the WSPIR - the Workplace Skills Plan Implementation Report.)
