However, many people that applied for TERS benefits have not yet received their money.
Some applicants have received the ‘Blocked TERS portal’ or ‘Password Reset’ error message. This means that you have been blocked from the TERS Portal and need to reset your password.

The Unemployment Insurance Fund (UIF) has said clients could also be taken through the verification process.
They said, ‘They will proceed to capture details to a back-office team to assist'.
Once you have been transferred to the verification team you will relieve a call and proceed with the process.
