November 2024 SRD Grant Payment Dates
If you qualify for the SRD grant in November, payments will be processed between 25 and 30 November 2024. Beneficiaries are encouraged to check their payment status on the SRD website for the specific date their grant will reflect in their accounts.
Where to Collect SRD Grant Payments
Approved beneficiaries have two options for receiving their SRD grant:
- Direct Deposit: Payments can be made directly into your bank account.
- Supermarket Collection: Beneficiaries can collect their grants at participating supermarkets, including Pick n Pay, Boxer, Checkers, Usave, OK, and Spar.
Sassa advises that bank transfers may take two to three days to reflect in accounts. Once the funds are available, beneficiaries can use their grant money.
How to Check Your Sassa SRD Grant Status
To find the exact payment date for your R370 SRD grant, follow these steps:
- Visit the Sassa SRD status website and navigate to the "SRD Status Check" section.
- Enter your ID number and the cell phone number you used when submitting your application.
- Complete the verification process by entering the One-Time Pin (OTP) sent to your phone.
Once verified, you can view the status of your grant, including your exact payment date.
Issues That Could Delay Payments
If you are approved but do not have a payment date, it could be due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete information.
- Missing banking details.
- Problems with Postbank accounts or Cash Send/Mobile Money numbers.
