  • The main and ancillary areas of focus of the due diligence
  • Preparation: Due diligence checklist
  • Due diligence enquiries and responses (this process assist in the actual due diligence)
  • Drafting the due diligence report
  • The due diligence index
  • General file documents
  • Mitigating risks highlighted in the report
  • The latest trends in due diligence
  • Strategic blunders in due diligence
  • Common mistakes in due diligence and how to avoid/or mitigate them
  • Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs)
  • Due diligence and artificial intelligence

Presenter

Dr Justice Mudzamiri is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa. He holds Bachelor of Laws (LLB), Master of Laws (LLM), and Doctor of Laws (LLD) degrees. He combines practical and academic approaches to legal education. Justice is a prolific writer who publishes in peer-reviewed journals. His interests focus on corporate and commercial law.
