Moderator Training

The purpose of this programme is to equip potential moderators with the necessary knowledge, skills and attitudes to conduct assessments within their fields of expertise in line with the Criteria for the Registration of Moderators.

This programme has been designed and developed by Aquarius Skills Solutions and is aligned with the Unit Standard, Conduct Moderation of Outcomes based Assessments (115759), NQF Level 6.

Facilitator Training

The people in an organisation make the difference between success and failure. Developing people to have the right skills, knowledge and attitude is key to achieving operational objectives and therefore excellence in training is key to the development of a business. Training needs to be relevant, engaging, dynamic and contemporary for it to be effective. A trainer must have the skills to deliver effective training and also have the ability to inspire and motivate their learners. The aim of this intensive Facilitation programmes is to give up and coming Facilitators these skills.

This two-day Board of Directors Induction Training ensures that the directors attain a level of understanding of the business, operations and industry and familiarise themselves with their rights, duties and functions. It further explores the codes of good corporate governance as well as the legislative and regulatory framework guiding the roles and responsibilities of the board and maximises the level and degree of directors’ contribution.

Advanced Course in Employee Assistance Programmes

The Advanced Course in Employee Assistance Programmes provides you with more progressive knowledge and the necessary skills set to effectively coordinate and take Employee Assistance Programmes (EAPs) further in the workplace. The course equips you with further skills – as experienced EAP practitioner in private companies, government departments or service-provider organisations – by providing an extended, comprehensive overview and confirmation of relevant EAP standards.
