Milpark Education is an internationally recognised private learning institution which was established in 1997 in terms of the Higher Education Act. While they have two physical campuses based in Cape Town and Johannesburg, they mainly offer distance learning courses.
The institution offers prospective students a wide array of academic programmes to choose from. They range from higher certificates to undergraduate degrees to doctoral programmes and everything in between.
Milpark Education currency offers 21 accredited academic programmes through their four schools. These four schools focus on different areas of business studies. These schools are The Business Schools, The Schools of Commerce, Financial Planning and Insurance, and Investment and Banking.
In 2019, Milpark acquired the CA Connect business, which made them the only online educational provider offering a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting at the time. They also offer the internationally (AMBA) accredited MBA for online distance learning.
How Much Are Milpark Education Fees?
Due to the varied nature of courses offered at Milpark Education, the price of each course will be different. You will be required to pay for each module that forms part of the academic programme.
You can download the pricing plan for different courses on the Milpark website. This can be done by clicking on the course you want to enrol in, and then clicking on the Downloads bar. After clicking on the download bar, you will be provided with four download options namely, Information Pack, Fees & Funding, Textbooks and Timetable.
By clicking on the Fees and Funding Option, a Portable Document Format (PDF) file containing all the costs associated with the course you have selected will be downloaded.
It's important to note that all the course and module fees include one round of formative and summative assessments in the registered session. They also induce lecture costs and access to the Milpark Virtual Library.
However, you will be required to pay a fee for any supplementary examination. Course fees also do not include the cost of additional workshops and prescribed textbooks. The cost of this will be the responsibility of the student.
