Feedback should be seen as a research exercise to look to improve. Feedback received should be received objectively and not taken personally.
When it comes to facilitating it always a golden opportunity to look to sharpen up facilitating skills and improve on the next course.

The main outcomes pertaining to this particular Unit Standard is:
- Planning and preparing for the evaluation.
- Collecting and recording data.
- Analysing and interpreting data.
- Compiling an evaluation report.
- Reviewing the evaluation process.
This may seem a very long process just to evaluate Learner feedback forms at the end of Course, it is however, important to follow this process in order to achieve the desired outcome – which is to look to improve our facilitating skills and make the experience of future Learners fulfilling in achieving of their goals when attending courses with us.
If we as Facilitators look to grow – the only way to do this is openly receive, analyse and apply the feedback objectively.
