South Africa’s largest university, the University of South Africa (Unisa), has officially opened Semester 2 applications for the 2025 academic year. Students are encouraged to submit their applications as soon as possible to avoid missing out on this limited opportunity.

Unisa is currently accepting applications for a range of qualifications, including selected undergraduate programmes, honours degrees, and postgraduate diplomas. The university has confirmed that applications opened on Monday, 14 April 2025 and will close on 9 May 2025, giving prospective students less than a month to apply.

Applications for admission to limited undergraduate qualifications, honours degrees and postgraduate diplomas are open from 14 April to 9 May 2025.
