The College Management is pleased to announce that a long-term lease agreement between False Bay TVET College and the Seaview Baptist Church was officially concluded
on 11 May 2021. Seaview Baptist Church will lease the North-Eastern corner of Erf 48076 of the proposed Mitchells Plain Campus site which will be developed in 2022.

The transfer of the 6 796-hectare erf was completed yesterday, 23 February 2021, and registered to False Bay TVET College. It is anticipated that more than 5 000 students from
Mitchells Plain, Strandfontein, Khayelitsha, Philippi, Mandalay, Grassy Park, Pelican Park, and other communities will benefit directly from the development. The new educational
facility would serve surrounding communities on the Cape Flats, which is home to approximately 1.5 million residents.
