Sassa grant recipients can dial *120*355#on their mobile phones and follow the prompts to find a list of pay points in their vicinity. This user-friendly system provides a convenient way to identify participating outlets. “Remember to always bring your ID when you go to the outlets,” advises Postbank.
SMS Confirmation and Outlet Information
Upon using the USSD service, beneficiaries will receive an SMS containing the details of nearby outlets issuing the new Postbank Black Cards.
Based on your search command, you will be sent via SMS all outlets in your area, which you can save or share with others
Selected Outlets and Card Replacement Deadline
Postbank has emphasised that only designated outlets are participating in the card replacement programme.
Remember, it’s only ‘selected outlets’ that can help with replacing your Postbank Black Card. Beneficiaries must dial 120355# to find card issuing outlets in your area
The deadline for replacing Sassa Gold cards is 20 March 2025.
